Transmec Servizi offers credit cards for crossing the Alps through the Mont Blanc and Frejus tunnel.

You can travel through the tunnels with both credit cards and bookings made by Transmec Servizi.

Prohibitions apply in the Mont Blanc Tunnel

Vehicles carrying dangerous goods as referred to in the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)

Vehicles used for transporting over 3.5 tonnes, EURO 0, 1 and 2 class

Vehicles with a height of more than 4.70 m

Vehicles with exceptional transport must be accompanied by an escort

Prohibitions apply in the Fréjus Tunnel

Vehicles with a height of more than 4.30 m

Vehicles used for transporting over 3.5 tonnes, EURO 0, 1 and 2 class

Vehicles transporting dangerous goods that are prohibited in Category C tunnels under the current ADR. For those that are permitted, an escort is mandatory

Vehicles with exceptional transport must be accompanied by an escort
